• Provides Appraisal and Valuation services to clients with a unique combination of professional appraisal, financial analysis and taxation skills
• Estimates the Fair Market Value of going concerns, minority interest and intangible assets. He has undertaken valuations of many kinds of businesses including extensive work in the industries of printing and advertising, professional services, physician and dental practices, institutional healthcare, computer integrated services and construction.  Through valuation work and association via his years in public accounting Brett’s expertise spans the additional industries and areas including franchises, manufacturing, agriculture, hospitality, investment advisors, security brokers and dealers, and various wholesale/retail operations. 
• Litigation support encompassing cases of anti-trust, bankruptcy, divorce, contract disputes, federal and state tax issues. Involved in fraud investigation and other forensic accounting matters. Acted as both an Independent Expert Witness and a Consultant in this arena.
• Deliverables include valuations for purposes of tax reporting, financial reporting, ESOP reporting, Fairness Opinions and litigation purposes.
• Utilizes knowledge in Economic and Business Analysis to deliver assistance in areas such as M&A anaysis, feasibility studies, financial forecasting and the study of regulatory and taxation issues.
• Over 15 years of experience in business appraisals and valuations with more than 25 years as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida.
