• Transactional and financial industry experience in technology, retail, insurance, and defense
• Led several operations through start-ups, redefining business strategies, debt restructuring, de-franchising, mergers and equity capital placement in the southeast
• Engaged in 14 merger and acquisition transactions and 14 private equity placements as principal or on behalf of principals with a total transaction value of over $125 million
• Prior to PCE, led the building of a group of businesses from start-up, with three (3) employees to an organization of over 1200 employees with annualized revenues of over $600 million
• Directed a privately held management team through at least six (6) strategic acquisitions and subsequent mergers into one operation
• Positioned companies to be acquired by a publicly held company in a $60+ million transaction
• Grew revenues from $97 million to $600 million through business growth and eight (8) strategic mergers and acquisitions of a publicly held company
