• Brings ten years of investment banking and corporate development experience to PCE and its clients.
• Previously, he worked for The DAK Group, a middle market boutique outside New York City, where he managed and supported transactions in a wide range of industries, including industrial manufacturing, distribution, material handling, healthcare and technology.
• Managed the sale of multiple companies to high-profile strategic and financial acquirers including the sale of M&C Specialties to Illinois Tool Works (NYSE: ITW), the sale of General Industrial Diamond Company to 3M (NYSE: MMM), and the recapitalization of Water-Jel Technologies with the Riverside Company.
• Prior to joining DAK, Michael was a Director at Fledgling Capital Advisors, an investment bank for middle market companies in the financial services sector. At FCA, he assisted multiple companies raise capital and find strategic partners.
• In addition, Michael was a Director at Instinet Corporation, where he managed all global investments, acquisitions and joint ventures for the company. Transactions include the acquisitions of Lynch, Jones & Ryan and ProTrader, investments in Stramine, Knight European Roundtable, Vencast ,Tradeware and the joint venture with Nikko Salomon Smith Barney.
