Investment Banking Associate – ESOP

PCE seeks an Associate to join our Investment Banking group specializing in Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) transactions. Associates work in small, client-focused teams within the ESOP Investment Banking group devoted to helping PCE’s clients achieve their financial and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing ESOP feasibility studies
  • Building financial models
  • Writing offering memorandums
  • Generating buyers lists
  • Researching and compiling market data
  • Performing other duties and special projects

The successful candidate will have opportunities to work closely with senior deal team members, have the support of junior team members, and have significant client interaction and the ability to contribute to the firm’s success.


We seek individuals who have first-rate interpersonal skills, can work in a team environment and have an entrepreneurial drive and spirit while providing excellent client service.

Additional requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
  • 3-7 years experience in financial advisory services
  • Direct experience with financial statement analysis
  • Financial modeling or valuation experience
  • Strong accounting or finance background
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent quantitative, writing, and communication skills
