Sales Automation Specialist

As a sales automation specialist, you will be responsible for managing and fully leveraging the capabilities of multiple sales automation platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to implement a cohesive and successful lead generation system.

  • Collaborate with team members to determine sales campaigns for various B2B target audiences.
  • Create, deploy, and monitor personalized email sequences and social media outreach campaigns. Tasks include audience segmentation, testing, and continual evaluation for improvements.
  • Provide basic responses to engaged prospects to schedule phone meetings on behalf of sales professionals.
  • Work with team members to define KPIs, create reporting, and analyze campaign performance. Provide recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
  • Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to team members.
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.
  • Maintain sales automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the sales and marketing automation tech stack.
  • Manage sales automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
  • Support essential sales operations initiatives in Salesforce such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.


  • Proven years of sales or marketing automation experience.
  • Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices.
  • Strong working knowledge of and HubSpot.
  • Experience with intent data providers and campaigns.
  • Must have superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong independent project management skills.
  • Capable of handling multiple campaigns/projects.
  • Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
