PCE Investment Bankers is pleased to announce that Jeff Petri has joined the firm as a Director in its investment banking group. Based in PCE's Atlanta office, Jeff will help lead the firm's efforts serving real estate owners, operators and service providers while supporting clients across PCE's broader M&A practice.
Jeff brings more than 16 years of corporate finance experience, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, restructuring, and other complex financial and governance matters. Throughout his career, he has advised on transactions exceeding $30 billion in enterprise value.
Prior to joining PCE, Jeff held a variety of roles at a globally recognized investment banking firm, most recently serving as a senior member of its M&A team. He advised business owners and investors across the real estate, gaming, leisure, and real estate services sectors, and also brings significant transaction experience in the furniture, building products, and industrials sectors.
Jeff brings extensive experience advising boards of directors and senior executives on complex strategic matters. He previously led the shareholder activism and takeover defense investment banking business at his prior firm, helping publicly traded companies prepare for and respond to proxy contests and unsolicited takeover offers.
Earlier in his career, Jeff focused on financial distress, restructuring, and bankruptcy matters, first as a principal in a bank special assets division and later as an investment banker. This breadth of experience gives him a well-rounded perspective on the financial, strategic, and governance considerations business owners and leadership teams face at critical points in a company's lifecycle.

Jeff holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 securities licenses. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Denver and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.
