Vet Initial Offers (1 week)

  • Receive initial indications of interest
  • Determine buyers to move forward

Meet Potential Buyers (3-5 weeks)

  • Hold management meetings
  • Conduct site visits
  • Provide additional due diligence

Narrow Buyer Pool (2 weeks)

  • Review revised buyer offers
  • Recommend buyer
  • Negotiate & Execute Letters of Intent (LOI)

Prepare for Closing (8-10 weeks)

  • Negotiate purchase and ancillary agreements
  • Facilitate buyer due diligence
