Bryan contributes to PCE’s mission to serve middle-market companies through imaginative marketing campaigns and insightful data analytics. His expertise includes lead generation through sales campaigns, SEO management, and content development.
Chris supports PCE’s ESOP practice by providing in-depth financial analysis, modeling transaction alternatives, and evaluating business ownership capital structures to further client goals. More broadly, Chris is engaged in all aspects of PCE’s investment banking practice, including buy-side and sell-side engagements, recapitalizations, and general corporate advisory.
Before joining PCE, Chris worked as a senior associate in the alternative investments assurance practice at one of the Big Four accounting firms. His primary focus was on hedge funds and private equity funds, performing industry, market, competitor research, and valuation analysis of private equity investments.
Recognized as a leader among his peers, Chris was selected to lead his team in adopting several technological initiatives during his time at the accounting firm.
Christoffer provides quantitative and analytical support related to buy-side and sell-side M&A, ESOP, and corporate advisory transactions. In this role, he provides clients with financial analyses, modeling, and market research.
Collin is engaged in all aspects of PCE’s investment banking practice ranging from buy-side and sell-side engagements to recapitalizations, ESOPs, and general corporate advisory. Collin plays a key role in providing financial analysis, modeling transaction alternatives, and evaluating business ownership capital structures to further client goals.
Prior to joining PCE, Collin worked as a portfolio manager for a large national financial services company. Collin managed three corporate debt portfolios, monitored credit risk, provided day-to-day servicing of the portfolios, and gave guidance to analysts on the strengths and weaknesses of a credit. Prior to his role as a portfolio manager, Collin gained experience in financial statement analysis, financial modeling, industry analysis, and accounting by working as an underwriter and fund accountant.
Collin also served in the United States Marine Corps from 2006 to 2010 and deployed twice to Iraq. This role helped him develop a strong work ethic, taught him how to work as a team to accomplish goals and to not give up when a situation becomes difficult.
Jim is engaged in all aspects of PCE’s investment banking practice. Jim’s areas of focus includes buy-side and sell-side engagements, recapitalizations, and general corporate advisory transactions. Through comprehensive industry research and financial analysis and modeling, Jim provides the data points necessary for insightful strategies and professional guidance for clients.
Before joining PCE, Jim interned with the Florida House of Representatives where he was responsible for researching topics used for the development of proposed legislation. Jim specialized in legislative research and due diligence for Florida Tax and Infrastructure Priorities. He also acted as a liaison for constituency outreach and communication.
Jim interned with PCE several times totaling more than ten months, giving him significant exposure to the investment banking process.
Joe Anto is a Managing Director in PCE’s investment banking group. With more than 20 years of finance, M&A, and C-level experience in various industries, he is well-equipped to advise middle market clients on potential M&A and financing opportunities.
Throughout his career, Joe has executed more than $3.5 billion in M&A and financing transactions across a variety of sectors. As a former business owner and C-suite executive, Joe understands the challenges clients face when evaluating strategic transactions.
Prior to joining PCE, Joe was CEO and CFO for a publicly-traded retail and pharmacy chain with 550+ stores and $2 billion+ in revenue. Joe also served as SVP of M&A and Investments for one of the largest newspaper holding companies in the U.S. Earlier in his career, Joe served as Director of Investments for a distressed and special situations hedge fund and also worked in venture capital and investment banking.
Jonathan is involved in all facets of PCE’s investment banking practice, including buy-side and sell-side engagements, recapitalizations, employee stock ownership plans (ESOP), and general corporate advisory. Jonathan concentrates on PCE’s ESOP clients. He plays a crucial role in providing financial analysis, modeling transaction alternatives, and evaluating business ownership capital structures to help clients reach their goals.
Before joining PCE, Jonathan worked for two large national banks. Most recently, Jonathan was Assistant Vice President, where he was responsible for business development efforts and the management of a book of commercial-sized clients. In addition, Jonathan provided underwriting and transaction due diligence for the corporate and institutional banking team.
Past roles included portfolio management and underwriting responsibilities for commercial and institutional clients and not-for-profit higher education clients. His primary focus was to mitigate credit risk for clients through in-depth analysis and deal structuring.
Melissa’s efforts center on supporting PCE team members and furthering PCE’s mission to serve middle-market companies. Having worked in the banking industry for more than 20 years, Melissa skillfully ensures the administrative activities are handled with exceptional efficiency and thoroughness. Melissa’s specific areas of expertise include accounting, compliance, and facilities management.
Rachel Pearl is engaged in all aspects of PCE’s business valuation practice including fairness opinions for ESOPs. With over nine years of experience, she has extensive valuation experience providing financial advisory and consulting services to both public and closely held businesses for transactions, gifting and estate planning, forensic accounting and litigation support, and financial reporting purposes.
Richard Winston plays a key role in PCE’s business valuation practice. He is responsible for performing valuations for public and privately held companies for diverse purposes such as mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, tax compliance, gift and estate planning, fairness opinions, litigation support, and various other valuation-related assignments.
