Disclosure: to service providers and partners as described in Section 6. Sale/share: our use of third-party cookies and visitor-identification services may be considered a sale or sharing; you may opt out as described in Section 7. Retention: see Section 10. Sensitive personal information: we do not knowingly collect or use sensitive personal information for inferring characteristics.
DATA RETENTION
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify information consistent with our data retention practices.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Site is intended for business audiences and not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16 years of age. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact ddomroski@pcecompanies.com and we will take appropriate action.
SECURITY

GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL, DO NOT TRACK, AND UNIVERSAL OPT-OUT
We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control signals for applicable opt-out rights. Industry standards for Do Not Track are not yet uniform, so we do not respond to DNT browser signals. We will honor other recognized universal opt-out mechanisms where required by law.
