We offer generous compensation and benefits to full-time employees, including competitive salaries and bonuses, remote working options, paid professional and personal development and training, and a substantial PTO plan of eight weeks per year.

PCE, a nationally recognized financial services firm, is on the lookout for a talented individual to help keep our operations humming and our team connected. If you’re an organizational whiz who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do
Human Resources
- Serve as the single point of contact for all HR-related matters for employees and leadership.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting (post roles, screen candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate offers, and support onboarding)
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data (personnel files, benefits, compliance documentation)
- Administer benefits, payroll support, and PTO/leave tracking
- Support performance management processes and employee reviews
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and firm policies
- Draft and maintain HR policies, offer letters, and employee communications
- Handle employee relations issues, questions, and conflict resolution
- Develop and coordinate training programs and employee engagement initiatives
- Prepare basic HR reporting and analytics (headcount, turnover, etc.)
- Minimum 5+ years of HR and administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative, analytical thinking and strong attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational, scheduling, and time management skills
- A collaborative, can-do attitude with a sense of urgency to get things done
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- 8 weeks PTO per year
- Hybrid work option (2 remote days/week after 6 months)

Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to leadership (calendar coordination, meeting preparation)
- Manage office operations (supplies, vendors, facilities coordination)
- Coordinate internal meetings, events, and travel logistics
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Handle document management, filing systems, and confidentiality protocols
- Support expense reporting and basic operational workflows
- Serve as a central communication hub across departments
What You Bring to the Table
- Minimum 5+ years of HR and administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative, analytical thinking and strong attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational, scheduling, and time management skills
