Mackenzie supports PCE’s investment banking practice. Mackenzie’s areas of focus include buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, as well as recapitalizations and general corporate advisory transactions. Mackenzie performs in-depth market research, financial analysis and valuation modeling to deliver superior value for his clients.
Prior to joining PCE, Mackenzie worked for one of the “Big 4” professional service firms in their Banking & Capital Markets and Investment Management assurance divisions. There, he gained extensive exposure to auditing international transactions as well as investment portfolio valuation. Mackenzie has experience in analyzing and valuing a broad range of investments types.
Mackenzie also worked as the Accounting Operations Manager of an industry-leading construction company, where he gained experience in designing and implementing accounting systems for newly formed subsidiaries and joint ventures. Mackenzie has a strong understanding of U.S. General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and stays up-to-date with FASB Accounting Standards Updates.
