CHICAGO, IL - PCE Investment Bankers, Inc., a leading financial services firm for middle market companies, is pleased to announce that the shareholders of Midwest Drywall Co, Inc. (“Midwest Drywall” or the “Company”) have sold 100% to the Midwest Drywall Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”) Trust.
Founded in 1972, Midwest Drywall is a multiple award-winning company specializing in drywall, acoustical and general construction of industrial and commercial buildings. Headquartered in Wichita, Kansas, Midwest Drywall serves customers throughout the United States and has developed a reputation for excellent customer service.
PCE worked with the Midwest Drywall team to guide them through the ESOP feasibility study which provided a road map of their many options. PCE efficiently managed the ESOP transaction process including structuring the transaction and negotiating with the ESOP Trust on behalf of the selling shareholders.
