PCE Wins Corporate/Strategic Deal of the Year

The M&A Advisor announced the winners of the 21st Annual M&A Advisor Awards to a gathering at The New York Athletic Club on Tuesday, November 15th, during the 2022 Future of Dealmaking Summit.

PCE is honored to share the news that we were named the winner of the Corporate/Strategic Deal of the Year Award for deals ranging between $25 million and $50 million. The transaction involved the acquisition of Waychoff's Air Conditioning by Strikepoint Group Holdings.

The 21st Annual M&A Advisor Awards and the 13th Annual Emerging Leaders Awards
Gala honored the professionals whose activities set the standard for M&A transactions.
